Volunteers are needed for our Children’s Ministry – Upon the conclusion of Awana on May 14 we desire to continue to provide Wednesday evening children’s programs throughout the remainder of May and June. (This will coincide with jr. and sr. high youth groups and prayer service). We are looking for adult volunteers to assist in the nursery and toddler departments and with a new program being launched for 4-8 year olds. Please fill out the enclosed insert and drop it in an offering box or contact Matt or Terri Shelton if you would be willing to help during this seven-week program.
Jr. High (JUMP) Leaders Needed – If you have a heart for young girls and boys and want to help them in their walk with the Lord, then please consider joining the leadership team for our Jr. High ministry during Sunday school and Wednesday evenings. Pre-Awana Program Being Introduced – We are introducing a new pre-AWANA program for our 2-3 year olds. This program is called Puggles, and we are looking for volunteers to help us on Wednesday evenings with this new, exciting ministry. If interested, please contact Matt or Terri Shelton.
Teachers Needed – Preschool and Elementary Sunday School teachers are needed. Have you ever prayed about teaching children? Then we need you! Teachers are needed in all grades (preschool thru 5th grade). Contact Melissa Andersen or one of the department superintendents below for more information: Jean Plummer - ages 2-3; Alma Burns - K4 and K5; Larry Broering - grades 1-3; Tom Brockman - grades 4-5.
Nursery Help Needed – If you have children in the nursery or toddler departments, be sure you are signed up to help at least once a month. Others with a heart for both children and their parents are urged to help. Please call the church office.
