The membership of Calvary Baptist Church consists of people who have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord and who have followed Him in believer’s baptism by immersion.  

How Do I Become a Member of Calvary Baptist Church?
1) By transferring my letter of membership from another Baptist Church.
2) By statement of my profession of faith in Christ and believer’s baptism by immersion in a church of like faith.
3) By making a public profession of faith in Christ and following Him in baptism.   
         
What is the process?
Step #1) I can either come forward during the invitation at the end of the Sunday morning worship service OR you can call the church office (859-491-1955) and make your request known to the secretary.
Step #2) I will attend and complete the next scheduled 7-week “Welcome Class.”  This class meets during the Sunday mornings at 9:00 and explains what it means to be a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Step #3) If I need to be baptized, I will be baptized at the next scheduled baptismal service.
Step #4) I will be voted on and extended the “Right Hand of Christian Fellowship” on a scheduled Sunday evening service.
